Starts Feb 7th - March 7th 2026
Ramadan was not prescribed to train the stomach — it was prescribed to awaken the heart.
Allah ﷻ says:
“O you who believe, fasting has been prescribed for you as it was prescribed for those before you, so that you may attain taqwā.”
(Al-Baqarah 2:183)
This Ramadan course is intentionally designed to support the heart without overwhelming the learner. It offers a gentle, steady rhythm of daily reflections and practices that help reorient the heart toward Allah during the month of fasting.
The focus is simple and purposeful:
feeding the heart, not merely disciplining the body.
Through fasting, ṣalāh, dhikr, duʿāʾ, and ṣadaqah, students are guided to see how acts of worship work together to cultivate taqwā, strengthen īmān, and deepen their relationship with Allah.
This course is not meant to be life-changing overnight. Rather, it aims to:
• awaken awareness of the heart before Allah
• establish healthy, sustainable worship habits
• help students experience worship as presence and connection
• leave Ramadan with a heart more attentive and responsive to Allah than when it entered
A simple, steady companion for Ramadan — reminding us that the true nourishment of this month is for the heart.
