At Rashidoon, we strive to create a fair, supportive, and secure environment for our students. Below are our key policies:

1. Refund Policy:

   • We do not refund any payments that have been made on Rashidoon courses except if enrollment does not meet our Enrollment Review and Participation Policy (See #6)

2. Payment Policy:

   • After three failed payment attempts, Rashidoon reserves the right to revoke access to course content until the outstanding payment is made.

   • We will review any exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

3. Content Usage Policy:

   • Rashidoon’s course materials and content are for personal use only. Students are not permitted to recreate, share or teach the course content nor permitted to use the material.

   • Unauthorized distribution, sharing, or reproduction of our content without prior permission will result in legal action.

4. Stance Against Terrorism and Extremism:

   • Rashidoon unequivocally denounces all forms of terrorism and extremism against any individual, community, or country, regardless of religion, color, race, or political views.

   • Such actions harm humanity, tarnish the image of Islam, and fuel Islamophobia. Rashidoon is committed to promoting peace, understanding, and the true teachings of Islam.

5. Safety and Community Policy:

   • Rashidoon reserves the right to block or remove any member or student who poses a threat or causes harm to fellow students or the Rashidoon team.

6. Enrollment Review & Participation Policy

   Rashidoon reserves the right to review all registrations and course enrollments to ensure alignment with the objectives, methodology, community standards, and operational requirements of its programs.

   Enrollment does not guarantee participation. Following review, Rashidoon may decline, cancel, or revoke enrollment where it determines that doing so is necessary for the integrity of the program, the learning environment, or other legitimate operational considerations.

   Where applicable, refunds will be issued in accordance with the applicable refund policy.

   Enrollment decisions are final, and Rashidoon is not obligated to provide detailed explanations regarding such decisions.
